I have started making a new sort of web page on the health benefits of specific foods – see here for my page on cilantro/coriander.

I’d love to start a collection of easy, tasty recipes that people have tried. Please start posting links to some recipes which you have tried and feel free to comment on how you found them in our Facebook group – that will allow others to also try them (and also comment).  I can then make a page with ‘tried and true’ recipes.

If you are looking for time efficient recipes , you may want to start at Denise Massie’s  here – if you give her your email she will give you a booklet of easy to prepare WFPB recipes.
